Location directions. We are inside of CrossFit Cadre. It is the building in the back left of the parking lot as you pull in. Look for the state of Ohio sign that says Cadre, you can enter at the red door right under it. There is a waiting area and restrooms when you walk in. Your therapist will meet you in the waiting area.
